An investment in a fund should only be made after carefully studying the corresponding fund documentation and shouldn’t be made solely based on the content of EMF’s website.

Enabling Microfinance AG and its subsidiaries and/or partners (including members of the Board of Directors and Executive Management, representatives, employees, contractors and contractual partners) hereby exclude to the widest legally permitted extent any liability for losses or damages of any kind that are directly or indirectly connected with (1) the use of or access to EMF website, (2) the content of the website, notably the information and documentation pertaining to the investment funds, regarding current validity, accuracy or completeness, (3) third-party links and content, (4) errors or omissions on the website or (5) any other damage that may result from the use of or access to, or from circumstances preventing use of or access to the website and its content.

Nothing on this website shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any image, trademark, logo or software. EMF AG or the fund providers supplying fund information or documents reserve all rights (in particular with respect to copyright and trademark ownership) to all material on the EMF AG website and will enforce their rights to the full extent of the law.
