SCHOLARSHIP SUCCESS STORIES

I was fortunate to be part of the EQ Scholarship Program, which covered my full master's degree in financial management at EAE Business School in Madrid, Spain. I wanted to pursue this degree to gain specialized knowledge that would strengthen my professional career and learn alongside classmates from different backgrounds. Having EQ cover the program costs meant I could focus completely on my studies and work without financial stress.

The master's program has enhanced both my academic qualifications and practical skills. In my role at EQ, I can now perform deeper financial analysis of our investees. I've gained a better understanding of both financial and non-financial risks specific to each organization we work with. Being able to apply what I learn to my daily work has made the whole experience more valuable.

Balancing work and studies was challenging, but EQ made it possible by offering me a sabbatical for half of my study period. This really helped me focus on my coursework. Later, they offered me a part-time arrangement so I could keep working while finishing my degree. This setup was great because I could stay connected with the team while completing my studies.

The EQ Scholarship Program has made a real difference in my career development. Beyond the education itself, it connected me with other professionals and mentors who have helped broaden my perspective. While managing work and study wasn't always easy, the experience has been incredibly valuable.

I've now completed my master's degree and am back working full-time with EQ. I'm looking forward to using everything I've learned to contribute more to our team and continue growing in my role.
