EQ Grievance Mechanism for External Stakeholders
At Enabling Qapital AG (EQ), we are committed to engaging with our stakeholders in a transparent, fair, and timely manner. Our grievance mechanism allows external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and portfolio companies, to raise concerns and provide feedback regarding our activities.
Below is an outline of how the grievance process works, what you can expect, and how you can submit a complaint.
How It Works
Submission:
External stakeholders can submit a formal grievance through the “Contact Us” form on EQ’s website. When submitting, please select "Grievance" as the inquiry type and include relevant details, such as your name, contact information, and the nature of the grievance.
Acknowledgment:
Once submitted, the grievance will be acknowledged by EQ’s compliance team within two (2) business days. The team will confirm receipt and provide a timeline for the investigation.
Investigation:
The grievance will be investigated during 8 (eight) business days after acknowledging the receipt of the grievance.
Resolution:
After the investigation, EQ’s compliance team will notify the complainant of the outcome within three (3) business days of concluding the investigation.
