Why Enabling Qapital?

I have been working on extending my knowledge in investments and asset allocation. Enabling Qapital perfectly fits my plans as it is one of the best growing international financial institutions to work and develop with. I am expecting to receive my Master’s degree in Global management in December and I am preparing for the CFA examination at the moment.‍

Duties of work?

To conduct research, collect, analyze and prepare various reports necessary to help to make objective and reasonable investment decisions as well as to support internal and external communications of EQ.‍

What is the best team experience of your career? What made it so great?

I can recall one of the recent team projects that I have led at Aiyl Bank, where we have significantly optimized the time to process microcredits (USD 700) from 4 days to a half day after automation – from receiving the initial application to a disbursement. As of now half of the bank’s loan portfolio is processed through this automated centralized credit underwriting system. It is important because bank’s customers can receive loans in a comparatively very short time without spending precious days waiting for such small loans. I think being customer oriented should be the top priority in any business.‍
