Welcome Christoph as the fifth Managing Partner and COO of Enabling Qapital AG!

Since the founding of EQ, Christoph has been a valued partner. He was a member of the Board of the Enabling Microfinance AG, and we are more than delighted to have him now as a team member!

Due to our tradition of introduction interviews, we already know he is a tea lover who loves mountain biking in the Liechtenstein and Swiss alps.

What is your favorite Movie and why?

Huh, that’s hard to say, you should ask my girlfriend as I’m more a TV series guy. So, anything from Hawaii 5-0, to Magnum and NCIS:LA is on my viewing list.

If you were an Olympic athlete, what would be your sport?

Cross-country Mountain biking, but no downhill please ?

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

When things have to be done quickly, work slowly but thoroughly.

What’s something that everyone else seems to love-that you don’t understand?

Oh, that is an easy one: BANANA – how can anyone like bananas? And if we stay on the topic of food, I’m always getting confused when people ask me “Sweet or Salty”?

There are now 25 hours in a day—how do you spend the extra hour?

Definitely with sleeping, you can’t get enough of that ?

Which quality do you appreciate from your colleagues?

Honesty as well as commitment.

What motivates you and makes that you keep going?

I’m, so lucky to say that I just love getting up every day and going to work. I love working with a great team and seeing that things are progressing. The main goal is to empower also all my colleagues; the goal should be that team members can and, above all, want to make decisions on their own.
