Why Enabling Qapital?

I believe in impact finance but not all financing is in the best interest of the client. I am glad to be part of an organization that values client impact and is willing to say no when the client’s interests are not served.

Duties of work?

As a member of the Investment Committee, my role is to assess and approve investment proposals to deploy the Fund’s capital in a manner which benefits EQ and its clients.

Mentors?

The chief credit officer at my second banking job in New York. I worked for the bank for a total fourteen years, including two years in Tokyo. He was invaluable in my professional development and taught me credit skills you don’t learn in business school, helping me avoid many potentially costly mistakes.

What were you doing before working here?

Chief Risk Officer at Kompanion Bank, Kyrgyzstan. The highlight was transforming Kompanion NBFI into Kompanion Bank.
